This company is top notch. Ive used them for quite a few years managing and installing my pool solar. Last year, I decided to move on to solar power for the entire house including tesla poweralls. Hello, Your guys arrived as scheduled this morning and completed the hybrid water heater swap out (remove/replace) installation successfully with some upgrades. They added a sensor for the drain pan in case the pan senses any moisture. They modified the secondary drain pipe to now drain outside the house separately from the main drain pipe. They explained how I can drain and flush the unit periodically myself. They were very kind and cleaned up behind themselves very nicely. I’m very pleased and you guys have restored my faith in your company for handling my warranty replacement most professionally from start to finish.
